As construction of the 26,470-square-foot under air Vyne House Clubhouse Phase II project and a nearly three-acre Sports Complex remain on schedule for completion in October, luxury homebuyers continue to embrace developer Kitson & Partners’ vision for the 461-acre Talis Park gated golf course community in North Naples.
Kitson reported that after processing closed land sales and new construction contracts worth $31,300,419 during the second quarter, year-to-date sales at Talis Park between Jan. 1 and June 30 now total $82,733,742, an increase of 61 percent compared to the same period last year. Homebuyer traffic is up 69 percent since Jan. 1. A total of 84 homes are now completed at Talis Park, 83 are under construction, and 51 are ready to begin construction.
As the strong sales continue at Talis Park, Kitson and its Participating Builders continue to introduce new opportunities for enjoying the community’s In the Park and In the Village lifestyles. With its release of 12 of the 24 single-family homesites in the Corsica neighborhood last March, Kitson expanded the choices available to homebuyers. Corsica’s north-facing sites offer water and multiple fairway views and are situated adjacent to the new Talis Park Sports Complex. Twenty-three of the Corsica sites measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also available. Residences in Corsica are being built by Harbourside Custom Homes, Sunwest Homes and Fox Custom Builders. Three- and four-bedroom with study residences will showcase Italian, Caribbean Colonial, Spanish Eclectic architectural styles. Home and lot packages are available priced from $1.6 to $2.5 million.
