Developer Kitson & Partners’ reported land sales worth $29,733,000 and new construction contracts valued at $88,435,000 have been processed at Talis Park through the first 10 months of this year, a total of $118,168,000.
Kitson’s year-to-date sales report came after Talis Park was named recipient of the Lee Building Industry Association’s Pinnacle Award for the 2015 Community of the Year in the 1,500-acre category, one of three 2015 Pinnacle Awards presented to Talis Park. The community also received three 2015 Sand Dollar Awards presented by the Collier Building Industry Association.
Activity in October included the sale of a grand estate homesite in the community’s Firenze neighborhood. Firenze is a gated enclave of 13 grand estate homesites measuring more than one acre with long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s golf course. The Firenze sites are priced starting at $1.65 million and situated within a short walk of the community’s Great Lawn and the dining, fitness center, and spa venues at the Vyne House clubhouse.
One grand estate residence is slated for completion by the end of the year. A second is scheduled to start this month. Eight homesites remain available in Firenze.
McGarvey Custom Homes, Gulfshore Homes, Stellar Living Homes and Sunwest Homes are introducing four Showcase Estate model homes in the community’s Prato neighborhood. With 125-by-175-foot estate homesites overlooking the fairways of Talis Park Golf Club’s 14th and 15th holes, lakes, preserves and citrus orchards, Prato offers an In the Park lifestyle. Prato is reserved for a select group of 24 estate homeowners. The Showcase Estate models range from 5,900 to 6,820 square feet under air and are priced starting at $4.495 million. No developer owned homesites remain available in Prato.
Gulfshore Homes has completed its furnished Cielo model in Talis Park’s Seneca neighborhood. Seneca’s 43 north and south facing lakefront homesites feature water and multiple fairway views. One developer owned homesite and two builder owned homesites remain available.
The 3,997-square-foot Cielo model’s floor plan presents a great room that opens to an outdoor living space with a fireplace, conversation area, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a custom pool and spa. The plan includes a double-island kitchen, a dining room that opens to the outdoors, a wine cellar, a library/study, three bedrooms, three full baths, two half-baths and a three-car garage. The furnished Cielo is priced at $2.545 million.
