Talis Park announced that with just seven buildable homesites remaining, the North Naples community’s Watercourse neighborhood is now more than 75 percent sold.
An unfurnished, custom designed move-in ready residence is in development and expected to be built on one of the remaining homesites. Eight end-user residences are under construction. Watercourse is an enclave of 29 detached, maintenance-free luxury villas by Distinctive Communities that range from 2,530 to 3,638 square feet and embody Talis Park’s In the Village lifestyle.
Situated within a short walk or bike ride of the Grand Piazza that includes the Great Lawn and the fitness, spa, dining, and resort-style pool venues at the Vyne House clubhouse, Watercourse features seven one- and two-story single-family floor plans by Stofft Cooney Architects. The Watercourse residences are being built by Artisan Associates, the exclusive builder of homes by Distinctive Communities, priced starting at $1.15 million.
The previously sold Berolina II furnished model is available for viewing through April 22 in Watercourse. A second previously sold model, the Catania II, will remain open through the end of the year. The models showcase the open concept Watercourse designs that continue to captivate luxury homebuyers.
The two-story Berolina II model offers 3,315 square feet under air with three bedrooms, three baths, a gourmet island kitchen, and a great room and dining area. The great room and first-floor master suite open to an outdoor living area with an optional summer kitchen that includes a natural gas grill and refrigerator, a pool and spa, and a water view. The upstairs of the Berolina II has a guest retreat that includes a large bedroom with a private bath and an optional lounge.
The Berolina II model showcases an interior design by Molly Grup of Ficarra Design Associates. Grup’s classic contemporary design incorporates clean lines with a neutral color palette of grays and taupes accented by splashes of yellow-green for contrast. The wall color is a soft off-white with a hint of gray while the flooring throughout the living area is a whitewashed taupe wood presenting a light and neutral foundation.
The two-story, 3,198-square-foot Catania II model includes three bedrooms, a study or fourth bedroom, four full baths, a great room, dining room and island kitchen, and a garage with golf cart storage. The outdoor living area features a covered lanai, an optional outdoor kitchen with a natural gas grill and refrigerator, a pool with a spa, and a sitting area, all of which overlook Il Corso’s water views. The master suite includes two walk-in closets. Two full guest suites with private baths and walk-in closets are upstairs along with a loft that offers a private place for guests to relax.
