Kitson & Partners Senior Vice President of Construction & Land Development Al Dougherty announced that construction of Vyne House Phase II at Talis Park in North Naples is on schedule for completion in late November 2015. The 26,470-square-foot under air, multilevel Phase II project is being built by Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond Construction Inc.
Talis Park’s residents continue to enjoy Fiona’s Market Café, the Core Fitness Center, and the Esprit Spa that opened at Vyne House a year ago. When Phase II is completed, Vyne House will include 32,052 total square feet under air and 25,065 square feet of outdoor space.
Phase II site work and infrastructure, including grading and excavation work for the foundation and the installation of water, sewer and drainage lines, have been completed. DeAngelis Diamond’s personnel are fully mobilized and working from an on-site field office.
Vertical construction is progressing as planned with 60 percent of the foundation and retaining walls completed. The building shell is on target for completion by the end of first quarter 2015. Completion of the shell will provide a “risen” structure that will offer a sense of the building’s design and scale. The building will be completely dried in before the return of the summer rainy season allowing interior finishing work to be completed without weather related delays.
