Thank you Naples Daily News for carrying the story about the completion of Vyne House at Talis Park. A big moment for Talis Park and a new era of amenities and experiences to be enjoyed here at Talis Park.
Phase I construction of Vyne House at Talis Park has been completed. Located adjacent to the Great Lawn at Talis Park’s Grand Piazza, Vyne House epitomizes the New Fashioned aesthetic developer Kitson & Partners has introduced at the North Naples community. Rather than offering an expansive clubhouse, Vyne House consists of a series of lifestyle oriented spaces designed to be used every day, inviting users to come as they are in a relaxed, comfortable format. The buildings are interconnected by covered outdoor walkways and wrapped around multiple courtyards that offers the possibility of outdoor dining and entertaining.
Phase I includes completion of Vyne House Shops that features Fiona’s Market Cafe which serves fresh, local fare, wine selections, bar service and other daily items. Fiona’s general store personality is decidedly New Fashioned. It is the ideal gathering place after a bike ride or walk, after a workout, yoga or Pilates session in the Vyne House Core Fitness Center, or after a manicure or massage in the Esprit Spa, both of which have also been completed.
Talis Park is being envisioned and built with the financial strength and operational expertise of Kitson & Partners, a private real estate investment and development company founded in 1992 and based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Kitson’s contemporary interpretation of luxury living is uncomplicated and brings relevance to those aspects of life that are meant to ease the stress of day-to-day living. The result is a community that honors the timeless qualities that never go out of style.
The completion of Vyne House Phase I is the latest addition to Talis Park’s expanding array of amenities. Talis Park offers landscaped boulevards in a parklike setting that features gardens, groves of tall trees, citrus orchards and hiking trails. The community is anchored by the lakes and fairways and greens of the Talis Park Golf Club golf course. One of just two Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed courses in the world, the course has been ranked No. 91 in Golfweek’s 2014 Best Residential Courses and is consistently ranked among the top 20 courses in Florida. In addition to Fiona’s Market Cafe at Vyne House, Talis Park residents and guests enjoy dining at the Casa Cortese Grille that offers an indoor/outdoor dining and outdoor lounge experience overlooking a driving range. As a final bonus, the Great Lawn in front of Vyne House is green space that serves as the backdrop for signature community events such as harvest dinners, movie nights, concerts under the stars, or impromptu gatherings by owners to enjoy the beauty of place.
Phase II of Vyne House will include construction of a golf pro shop, a dining room, 19th hole after-golf destination, a resort style pool, an outdoor rotunda, and fire pits adorning the 18th green. Completion of Phase II will also include the opening of the Talis Park Lawn and Racquet Club that will include a pro shop.
