In partnership with architect Weber Design Group and Interiors by Design West, the nearly 24,000-square-foot project came together in 21 months from groundbreaking to issuance of the certificate of occupancy, with Van Emmerik Custom Homes owner, Chris van Emmerik, on site to coordinate subcontractors and workers on any given day.
