Tyler Kitson named president of Talis Park

Kitson & Partners has named real estate industry professional Tyler Kitson as president of Talis Park, the luxury master-planned community in Naples offering championship golf, a unique club experience, and new estate, waterfront and condominium homes.

Kitson oversees all aspects of management and operations at Talis Park, leading a team of industry and service professionals that manages every aspect of land development, homebuilding, amenities, and service delivery for the community.

Kitson previously managed vertical construction for Kitson & Partners, spearheading construction of the Vyne House, the meticulously designed clubhouse at Talis Park, as well as the new Babcock Neighborhood School and Healthy Life Center at Babcock Ranch. Kitson, who became a licensed real estate professional in 2011, also brings experience in economic development and all aspects of golf management to his new position.

A member of the International Economic Development Council, Kitson also has been a member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. He serves as treasurer of the Babcock Ranch Foundation and as a member of the Babcock Neighborhood School Nominating Committee.

A Naples resident since 2014, Kitson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rollins College and earned a master’s degree in real estate development from NOVA Southeastern University.

Talis Park has reinvented the club lifestyle with a relaxed, everyday elegance. Vyne House – the heart of activity for Talis Park residents – offers a choice of formal and casual indoor and alfresco dining and a fully-stocked wine room. Residents enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, spa treatments, and a resort-style pool with a newly installed bar overlooking the 18th green of Talis Park’s Greg Norman and Pete Dye-designed golf course. Next to the driving range, Casa Cortese sports pub features billiards, shuffleboard, darts, and a Trackman simulator to help golfers improve their game. Talis Park residents can also take advantage of The Beach Runner, the community’s exclusive complimentary Mercedes-Benz Sprinter shuttle to Vanderbilt Beach.

A full offering of move-in ready and to-be-built opportunities awaits future Talis Park residents. Homes start from the high $600,000s to $10 million. The Talis Park Garden House Information and Sales Center is at 16980 Livingston Rd.; models are open daily.
