The New Fashioned lifestyle introduced by developer Kitson & Partners continues to generate unprecedented sales and construction activity at Talis Park. The North Naples community reported 20 closed and pending end-user lot, builder lot, and end-user new-build sales transactions worth over $13,620,000 were processed during May. The May transactions included 17 lot and three new-build sales. Thirteen lot transactions worth $7,430,000 were processed for homesites in Talis Park’s Seneca neighborhood that was released for sale in late April. Reservations for homesites in Seneca continue to be converted to contracts. Talis Park’s 2014 year-to-date sales now total $48,891,652.
Twenty-two end-user new-build, a furnished model, and unfurnished Resident Ready homes are currently under construction at Talis Park. Another 16 will start within the next 45 days. Seven unfurnished Resident Ready homes will be completed and available for immediate occupancy in June and July. Talis Park’s New Fashioned lifestyle, a choice of Spanish Eclectic, Caribbean Colonial and Italian Renaissance architectural designs in eight neighborhoods, one of the top 20 golf courses in Florida, and the completion of notable amenities have all contributed to the surge in activity.
Three end-user new-build and two end-user lot sales worth $4,195,055 were processed in Talis Park’s Fairgrove neighborhood in May. Fairgrove offers golf course, water and preserve views. The “single loaded” neighborhood presents 24 south facing homes on just one side of the street. Italian Renaissance designs are joined by a Spanish Eclectic style that offers a perfect complement. Homes in Fairgrove by Harbourside Custom Homes and Iron Star Luxury Homes range from 3,100 to 4,000 square feet and are priced starting at $1.35 million. Just four buildable homesites remain available in Fairgrove.
