Talis Park announced that after processing closed homesite sales and new-build construction contracts worth a near record-setting $17.195 million in September, the North Naples community being developed by Kitson & Partners had processed closed lot sales and new-build contracts totaling $80.36 million through the end of third quarter 2014.
Thirty homes are under construction at Talis Park and another 20 are expected to start before the end of the year.
