Kitson & Partners’ reported that 15 closed home site sales and 30 new construction contracts worth a total of $34,859,000 were processed at Talis Park in North Naples during the first four months of 2016.

Eighty-one homes are under construction at Talis Park, 13 residences are poised to begin construction, and 142 homes have been completed. Grand estate home sites measuring more than one-acre, furnished estate models, single-family homes, penthouse-style condominiums, and resort-style coach homes are included in Talis Park’s product offering.

A grand estate residence was completed in Talis Park’s Firenze neighborhood earlier this month and a second is under construction. Eight home sites remain available in Firenze, a gated enclave of thirteen grand estate sites measuring more than one acre. North-facing sites are priced from $1.65 million and south-facing sites are priced from $1.9 million. Firenze is situated within a short walk of the Vyne House clubhouse. The combination of large lot sizes, the proximity to Vyne House, and the privacy the gated neighborhood offers an exceptional estate lifestyle.

McGarvey Custom Homes, Gulfshore Homes, Stellar Living Homes and Sunwest Homes are introducing four Showcase Estate models in Talis Park’s Prato neighborhood. With estate home sites overlooking long golf course, water and preserve views, Prato offers parklike lifestyle for 24 estate homeowners. The models range from 5,900 to 6,820 square feet and are priced from $4.495 million. Priced at $4,695,900, McGarvey’s 6,820-square-foot, two-story furnished Astaire estate model is completed and open for viewing and purchase. No developer-owned home sites remain available in Prato.

Kitson’s Residences at Vyne House showcases 14 luxury condominiums immediately adjacent to the Vyne House clubhouse. Eleven floor plans ranging from 2,563 to 5,648 square feet are priced from $1.350 million to $3.575 million. The offering puts a select group of homeowners just minutes from the fitness center, spa, dining options, resort-style pool and golf pro shop at Vyne House. A 24-hour concierge will be available to owners. Sales contracts for two of the 14 residences have been processed. Kitson anticipates breaking ground on the Residences at Vyne House late spring, 2016.

Two previously sold models, the Cielo by Gulfshore Homes and the San Remo by Harbourside Custom Homes, remain open for viewing in Talis Park’s Seneca neighborhood. The Cielo will remain open through June 30 and the San Remo will be available for viewing through the end of September. Seneca’s 43 north and south facing lakefront home sites feature water and multiple fairway views. The home sites in Seneca are sold out.
