The New Fashioned lifestyle introduced by developer Kitson & Partners continues to generate unprecedented sales, reservation, and construction activity at Talis Park.
The North Naples community reported that 16 closed and pending end-user lot, furnished model, and end-user new build sales transactions worth $15.5 million were processed during April. In addition to the closed and pending transactions, 21 reservations valued at $10.73 million were received for end-user and builder homesites in Talis Park’s just released Seneca neighborhood.
Twenty, end-user new-build, furnished model, and unfurnished Resident Ready homes are under construction at Talis Park. Another 16 are expected to begin construction within the next 60 days. Seven unfurnished Resident Ready homes will be completed and available for purchase and immediate occupancy in June and July.
Talis Park’s New Fashioned lifestyle, a choice of Spanish Eclectic, Caribbean Colonial and Italian Renaissance architectural designs, one of the top 20 golf courses in Florida, and the completion of notable amenities, have all contributed to the surge in activity.
Talis Park’s Seneca neighborhood is an enclave of 43 luxury residences showcasing the community’s In the Park lifestyle. Seneca’s north and south facing lakefront homesites offer water and double or triple fairway views.
Priced from the high-$400s to $700,000, each site is 190 to 200 feet deep, 77 to 100 feet wide, and will accommodate residences from 3,200 to 5,000 square feet. Custom home and lot packages in Seneca are priced from $1.6 to $2.2 million. The Seneca residences will be built by McGarvey Custom Homes, Fox Custom Builders, Harbourside Custom Homes, and Gulfshore Homes.
