Ten closed end-user and builder homesite sales, one closed model sale, and four home construction contracts in June totaling a combined $13.94 million in sales provided a fitting punctuation mark to a second quarter full of major milestones at Talis Park.
The North Naples community’s second quarter sales reached a record-setting quarterly total of over $35 million. The quarter marked the sell out of one Talis Park neighborhood, the introduction of a new neighborhood, the start of new model construction, and the completion of four Resident Ready homes that are available for immediate occupancy.
Talis Park’s June transactions included the sale of the remaining buildable homesite and the remaining model in the community’s Pistoia neighborhood. Pistoia is an enclave of 18 Italian style residences base-priced at $1.45 million by Divco Construction Corp. that line a landscaped lane that winds past a thick stand of towering trees. Pistoia is now sold out.
In April, Talis Park announced the introduction of Seneca, a new neighborhood that will showcase 43 luxury residences offering the community’s hallmark “In the Park” living experience. Wrapped by the Sea Dwarf paspalum vistas of Talis Park’s golf course, Seneca’s north and south facing lakefront homesites feature water and double or triple fairway views. Priced from the high $400s to $700,000, each site is 190 to 200 feet deep, 77 to 100 feet wide, and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,200 to 5,000 square feet. Custom home and lot packages in Seneca are priced from $1.6 to $2.2 million.
Residences in Seneca are being built by McGarvey Custom Homes, Fox Custom Builders, Harbourside Custom Homes, and Gulfshore Homes. Just 21 of Seneca’s 43 homesites remain available. Two furnished Seneca models by Harbourside are now under construction. Models by McGarvey, Fox, and Gulfshore are expected to start within 60 days.
