As the luxury home market in Southwest Florida continues to build sales momentum, buyers have indicated a preference for purchasing fully completed or nearly completed residences.
To meet that demand, Talis Park in North Naples has launched a Resident Ready Program that includes a 20 homes ranging from five completed and two soon-to-be-completed fully-furnished models, to a just completed unfurnished residence, and 12 residences in varying stages of construction. The program allows buyers to choose when they wish to engage in the buying process and the degree to which they prefer to be involved with feature and finish selections.
