Talis Park continues to mark milestones

As new home sales and construction activity have surged at Talis Park in North Naples, developer Kitson & Partners has marked numerous major milestones at the community during the past 12 months.

Between Oct. 1, 2013 and Sept. 30, 2014, significant amenities were completed at Talis Park, including the first phase of the Vyne House Clubhouse that opened at Christmas 2013 and features Fiona’s Market Café, the Core Fitness Center and the Esprit Spa. In late August of this year, Kitson announced that site work in advance of construction of Phase II of the New Fashioned clubhouse had begun. Vertical construction of the 26,470-square-foot under air, multilevel Phase II project is scheduled to begin in fourth quarter of this year. Kitson anticipates holding a soft opening of Phase II in December 2015 and a grand opening in January 2016.

In addition to completing Vyne House Phase I and starting Phase II, Kitson completed notable infrastructure enhancements during the past 12 months, including the extension of Talis Park Drive, the installation of new roadways and utilities to facilitate the introduction of two new neighborhoods, the creation of new lakes, and the relining of the property’s existing lakes.

Two new neighborhoods introduced in 2014 have expanded Talis Park’s residential product offerings.

Firenze is a gated enclave of 13 estate homesites, each measuring more than one acre. Firenze offers long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s golf course and is situated adjacent to the Grand Piazza, just a short walk from Vyne House and the Great Lawn. Eleven one-acre home sites priced from $1.65 million remain available in Firenze.

Last April, Talis Park sold a $1.6 million homesite in the Firenze neighborhood to a senior level Hertz executive. The $1.6 Firenze homesite transaction joined a previous $1.95 million Firenze builder lot sale and a $1.5 million lot sale in Talis Park’s Prato estate home neighborhood as three of the most significant non-beachfront homesite transactions recorded in Collier County.
