The luxury single-family homes and resort-style coach homes now available in Corsica at Talis Park have combined to create one of the community’s most compelling In the Park neighborhoods.
Corsica offers the combination of multiple product choices, proximity to every amenity within Talis Park, convenience, and parklike views. The neighborhood includes 24 single-family homesites, 23 of which measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also available. North-facing homesites with water and multiple fairway views are priced from $505,000 to $905,000. Home and lot packages are available priced from $1.6 to $2.5 million. The residences in Corsica will be built by Sunwest Homes, Fox Custom Builders and Harbourside Custom Homes. The three- and four-bedroom with study residences will showcase Italian, Caribbean Colonial and Spanish Eclectic architectural styles. Just three of the 12 single-family sites that have been released for sale in Corsica remain available.
Talis Park developer Kitson & Partners recently introduced The Coach Homes at Corsica, a resort-style coach home product to be built by FrontDoor Communities. An enclave of 64 south-facing residences, The Coach Homes at Corsica neighborhood will include 16 two-story buildings with four residences per building. The buildings’ Santa Barbara architectural style will present three front elevations set on Corsica’s gently curving streetscape that will showcase the landscaping that is Talis Park’s signature. Residences in the neighborhood’s first two buildings have been released for sale. Purchase agreements are being accepted. Construction of the two buildings is expected to begin in August with completion anticipated in April 2016.
