Just five developer-owned home sites and two builder owned home sites remain available in Talis Park’s Firenze grand estate home neighborhood. Harbourside Custom Homes’ completed two-story 3,672-square-foot four-bedroom plus study Villa Adriana II model is priced at $2.45 million fully-furnished and includes an upstairs bonus room. An unfurnished, 3,016-square-foot Villa Adriana II is scheduled for completion this month priced at $1.75 million.
Harbourside is also building an unfurnished Villa Roma residence priced at $1.75 million. The 3,016-square-foot floor plan features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a study, and a three-car garage.
