With its release of 12 of the 24 single-family homesites in Talis Park’s new Corsica neighborhood last March, developer Kitson & Partners expanded the choices available to luxury homebuyers intent on living an In the Park lifestyle within the gated golf course community in North Naples.
Corsica’s north facing homesites offer water and multiple fairway views and are adjacent to the Talis Park Sports Complex currently under construction and scheduled for completion this fall. Twenty-three of the Corsica homesites measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also available. Six of the 12 Corsica homesites that have been released for purchase remain available.
Corsica residents will enjoy the convenience of Talis Park’s new south gated entry that is also scheduled for completion this fall. Installation of the infrastructure in Corsica, including a landscaped streetscape, has been completed.
Residences in Corsica will be built by Harbourside Custom Homes, Sunwest Homes, and Fox Custom Builders. Three- and four-bedroom with study residences will showcase Italian, Caribbean Colonial, and Spanish Eclectic architectural styles. Home and lot packages are available priced from $1.6 to $2.5 million.
