Developer Kitson & Partners’ reported that after processing closed land sales and new construction contracts worth $14 million during July, year-to-date sales at Talis Park in North Naples totaled $96.27 million. Eighty-four homes are now completed at Talis Park, 83 are under construction, and 51 are poised to begin construction. Visitor traffic is up nearly 70 percent over the first seven months of 2014.
The sales activity through the end of July is an indication that homebuyers have embraced the choices available to enjoy both the community’s “In the Park” and “In the Village” lifestyles. Talis Park offers the possibility of living in a parklike setting surrounded by gently undulating terrain, nature preserves and lakes, or in a maintenance-free environment within walking distance of the community’s amenity core. This In the Park or In the Village approach provides luxury homebuyers with a broad range of home and lifestyle choices. The community’s selection includes penthouse-style condominiums, resort-style coach homes, single-family homes, estate and grand estate residences priced from the $700s into the millions.
Three of Talis Park’s In the Park neighborhoods are sold out and two are nearly sold out. While no developer owned homesites remain available in the Prato estate home neighborhood, McGarvey Custom Homes, Gulfshore Homes, Sunwest Homes, and Stellar Living Homes are introducing a collection of Showcase Estate models ranging from 5,900 to 6,820 square feet under air priced starting at $4.3 million.
Grand estate home opportunities are available in Firenze, a gated neighborhood that includes 13 homesites measuring more than one acre with long range lake and golf course views. Ten remaining homesites are priced starting at $1.65 million and situated within a short walk of the community’s Vyne House clubhouse.
