Talis Park announced that only eight of the 24 select homesites in the North Naples community’s coveted Prato estate neighborhood remain available.

The end-user residences under construction include a 23,770-square-foot classic Mediterranean residence designed by Naples-based Weber Design Group that is being built by Van Emmerik Custom Homes Inc.
The exterior of the home showcases bold Tuscan features, including arched windows and entry surrounds, radial precast columns, trellised terraces and smooth stucco walls. The two-story design includes four bedrooms upstairs, two downstairs, additional bedrooms in a separate two-story guesthouse, a two-story living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, exercise and craft rooms, a two-story island kitchen, a family room opening to an outdoor living area designed and landscaped by Pat Trefz of Outdoor Productions, Inc., a two-story office connected to the home by a covered breezeway, and two-car garages at the main house and guesthouse.
