Wednesday night was an important milestone for Talis Park as we unveiled our brand new sales center to our property owners and we wasted no time in taking advantage of this wonderful new space by providing a fun evening of food, wine and informative updates on the brand new club house of Talis Park named Vyne House. With the clubhouse under construction, we wanted to share an update from the architect of Peacock & Lewis (peacockandlewis.com) and the general contractor Gates (www.gatesinc.com) who are best in class designers and builders of world class club facilities. We also shared with owners the update of the expansion of the Golf Studio that includes outdoor seating under covered awning for over 40 and a new outdoor bar equipped with tv’s that will arrive in early Summer. In just a few months the clubhouse will open, the golf studio improvements will be finished and many of our new owners will enjoy their new homes along with all these great faciliites. There is definitely a buzz in the air as Talis Park is gaining speed daily with new homes going in over 5 neighborhoods right now including an estate home of over 20K sq feet so lots of excitment.
