Talis Park announced that four new single-family furnished model residences are under construction in the North Naples community’s Corsica neighborhood. The single-family homes and resort-style coach homes in Corsica at Talis Park have combined to create one of the community’s most compelling In the Park neighborhoods.
Corsica offers the combination of multiple product choices, close proximity to every amenity within Talis Park, and parklike views. The neighborhood includes 24 single-family homesites, 23 of which measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also included. North-facing home sites with water and multiple fairway views are priced from $505,000 to $905,000. Home and lot packages are available from $1.6 million to $2.5 million. The single-family residences in Corsica are being built by Sunwest Homes, Harbourside Custom Homes, Stellar Living Homes and Fox Custom Builders. The three- and four-bedroom plus study residences showcase Italian, Caribbean Colonial, Spanish Eclectic architectural styles.
Priced at $2.595 million with furnishings, Sunwest’s furnished, two-story Santa Barbara model is expected to be completed in August. The architecture of the 3,950-square-foot home combines traditional elements with clean contemporary lines. An open, great room floor plan maximizes the connection between the indoors and a spacious outdoor living area. The plan includes three first-floor bedrooms and a gourmet island kitchen and dining area. The great room and dining area open to a grand covered outdoor living area with a 180-degree view. Harbourside’s Villa Adriana II furnished model is on schedule for completion in September. Priced at $2,425,255 fully-furnished, the two-story, 3,672-square-foot under air residence will showcase an interior by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen.
