Tara Kelly brings over 24 years of experience in new home sales to Talis Park. As a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP), she has worked from Hawaii to Utah and all the way to Florida with some of the nation’s finest real estate developers – extending friendship and her Aloha spirit to everyone she meets.
In her spare time, Tara enjoys traveling, sailing, fishing and scuba diving with her husband and son. She has sailed over 12,000 nautical miles from Hawaii to Panama on a 32-foot catamaran. Her love of the ocean has also led her to become a PADI Assistant Scuba Instructor and obtain her USCG 100 Ton Captain’s License. Tara also enjoys volunteering and has worked with Napali Coast Restoration, Holomua Education and Extreme Makeover.
Darrin Fedorchak was born and raised in Canfield, Ohio. He moved to Florida to attend Edison Community College and later graduate from the Florida State University Business School. After beginning his career as a golf professional on Hilton Head Island, he worked at several elite clubs throughout Naples and has maintained his PGA membership for the past 27 years.
Darrin obtained his real estate license in 2013. Prior to joining Talis Park, he sold new homes in Quail West, Coves of Estero Bay and Fiddler’s Creek. Darrin’s kind demeanor is shown through his volunteer work with various organizations such as, Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Paul Barrett knows real estate development, sales and marketing like few others in Southwest Florida. In fact, he brings over 37 years of this invaluable experience to Talis Park. He has been part of the Talis Park team from early on in Kitson & Partners’ development plan and says he has never seen a community come together so nicely, and quickly.
Paul and his wife have been married for over 35 years. After raising three daughters, they now love to spend time with their grandchildren. They also enjoy good food and wine, as well as watching sports and playing golf.
