Developer Kitson & Partners announced it is further enhancing the array of amenities it has designed and constructed to suit Talis Park’s health-oriented lifestyle. The North Naples community’s Casa Cortese that offers an outdoor lounge experience adjacent to the Talis Park Golf Club’s driving range is being transformed into a sports center complete with a pool table, shuffle board, darts, and a high-tech golf simulator that will be used for both indoor instruction and indoor practice. The new sports center is expected to be completed in early October and will provide residents and their guests with another venue for enjoying Talis Park’s lifestyle.

Talis Park’s Vyne House clubhouse received First Place and Best of Show honors in the New Construction/Private Club category in Golf Inc.’s 2016 Clubhouse of the Year competition. Located adjacent to the Great Lawn at Talis Park’s Grand Piazza, Vyne House epitomizes the New Fashioned aesthetic Kitson has introduced at the North Naples community. Vyne House consists of a series of lifestyle oriented spaces designed to be used every day, inviting users to come as they are in a relaxed, comfortable format. The buildings are interconnected by covered outdoor walkways and wrapped around multiple courtyards that offer the possibility of outdoor dining and entertaining.

Vyne House includes 32,052 total square feet under air and 25,065 square feet of outdoor space. Vyne Court, an open-air courtyard, is the centerpiece of Vyne House. In addition to serving as a point of entry, Vyne Court will be used as a social space to host events. The upper level of Vyne House also includes formal indoor dining, casual indoor and outdoor dining, Fiona’s Market Café, multiple covered outdoor terraces, a multi-purpose room adjacent to Vyne Court, aerobics and cardio workout rooms, a Wine Room/Board Room, and the Esprit Spa. The lower level hosts the golf pro shop and men’s and ladies’ locker rooms. A resort-style pool with a massive pool deck and cabanas are also included as well as a rotunda that features a two-sided fireplace and overlooks the 18th green. The uniqueness of the architectural design by Peacock & Lewis was acknowledged by receipt of the Lee Building Industry’s 2015 Pinnacle Award for Best Clubhouse Exterior. The Great Lawn offers another destination within the heart of the community. Situated directly in front of Vyne House, the Great Lawn is a green space that serves as the backdrop for community events.

Situated at the south end of the community and adjacent to the Corsica single-family and coach home and Viansa terrace home neighborhoods, Talis Park’s Sports Complex features six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with directionally focused lighting and pavilions for resting between matches, a tennis pro shop and clubhouse with restrooms and a beverage center, four bocc-e ball courts, a fifty-foot two-lane lap pool, a children’s playground, and landscaped areas.  An enchanting green space provides a social gathering and event place reminiscent of the Great Lawn.

Named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2015 Sand Dollar Award for best landscaping, a boulevard winds past orchards, gardens, lakes and Sea Dwarf Paspalum fairways and greens of one of just two Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed courses in the world.

The golf experience at Talis Park is, above all else, about the course’s Sea Dwarf Paspalum turf. The course includes 133 acres of manicured turf. The tees, fairways, roughs and greens, are 100 percent Paspalum mowed to different heights. The course measures 7,025 yards from the championship tees.  A picturesque landscape allows for uphill and downhill holes while providing images of a course set in the valleys of Tuscany, Italy.

During the design of the Talis Park golf course, Pete Dye did all of the green and bunker work while Greg Norman focused on the routing of the course and the placement of the fairway bunkers. Dye typically designs very tough courses. Talis Park, however, works as a residential course, as well as a course for tournament play.

The golf course provides a backdrop for Talis Park’s neighborhoods that offer a park-like setting with golf course, preserve and water views, or a maintenance-free environment within walking distance of the community’s amenity core. This “In the Park” or “In the Village” approach reflects Kitson’s commitment to creating a community where every aspect of country club living is relevant. Talis Park’s residential product offering includes terrace homes, penthouse-style condominiums, resort style coach homes, single-family villas, single-family residences, and estate homes priced from the $600s into the millions.
