Developer Kitson & Partners is expanding the choices available to luxury homebuyers within the Talis Park gated golf course community in North Naples. Kitson introduced The Coach Homes at Corsica, a new luxury coach home product to be built by FrontDoor Communities, a leading homebuilder and community developer with more than 25 years of industry experience.
An enclave of 64 residences, The Coach Homes at Corsica neighborhood will include 16 two-story buildings with four residences per building. The buildings will feature a Santa Barbara architectural style and will present three front elevations set on Corsica’s gently curving streetscape that will showcase the landscaping that is Talis Park’s signature. Residences in the first two buildings have been released for sale. Purchase agreements are now being accepted. Twenty-three of the Corsica single-family home sites measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also available. Five of the 12 Corsica single-family homesites that have been released for purchase remain available.
