Bonita Springs-based Gulfshore Homes is expanding its presence in Talis Park, the 461-acre community being developed by Kitson & Partners in North Naples. Renowned for the quality of its custom residences, Gulfshore is making custom home and lot packages available in Talis Park’s Firenze and Prato estate neighborhoods and building furnished models in Prato and Seneca, the newest of the community’s eight distinctive neighborhoods.
Plans are underway for a custom estate home and lot package to be offered by Gulfshore in Firenze. Firenze features 13 estate homesites, each measuring more than one acre. Gulfshore Homes is also planning the construction of a furnished estate model in Talis Park’s Prato neighborhood, an enclave of 24 Park Estate Homes offering enhanced privacy and some of the most spectacular golf, water and preserve views in Talis Park. Prato’s residences range from 4,500 to over 7,000 square feet on 125-by-175-foot sites priced starting at $2.5 million. In addition to its model residence, Gulfshore is making a custom estate home and lot package available in Prato.
