Vyne House Phase II Vertical
Construction Begins at Talis Park
As Talis Park’s residents continue to enjoy Fiona’s Market Café, the world-class Core Fitness Center, and the Esprit Spa that opened at Vyne House nearly a year ago, developer Kitson & Partners announced that vertical construction of Phase II of the New Fashioned clubhouse has begun. Kitson anticipates the 26,470 square feet under air, multi-level Phase II project will be completed by the end of 2015 and expects to hold a soft opening of Phase II in December, 2015 and a grand opening in January, 2016.
Located adjacent to the Great Lawn at Talis Park’s Grand Piazza, Vyne House epitomizes the New Fashioned aesthetic Kitson has introduced at the North Naples community. Phase II will introduce Palm Court, an open-air courtyard that is the centerpiece of Vyne House. The lower level of Vyne House Phase II will host the golf pro shop as well as the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms.
