Talis Park announced FrontDoor Communities has selected Denver-based Lita Dirks & Co. to create the interior design of its Sienna coach home model now under construction in the North Naples community’s Corsica neighborhood.
An enclave of 64 residences, The Coach Homes at Corsica will include 16 south-facing two-story buildings with four residences per building. The buildings’ Santa Barbara architectural style will present three different front elevations set on Corsica’s gently curving streetscape. The first two buildings are under construction and expected to be completed by the end of second quarter, 2016.
Lita Dirks, CEO and owner of Lita Dirks & Co., has created interior designs for developers and builders throughout the country for more than 30 years. Her professional affiliations include MIRM (Master in Residential Marketing); Design Committee, NSMC (National Sales & Marketing Council); IIDA (International Interior Design Association); and she is a Seniors Housing Marketing Specialist. She was awarded the IRM Presidential Award two years in a row and in 1993 was honored by the NSMC as the recipient of the prestigious Bill Molster Award. Most recently, she was named as a “Legend” by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver.

Dirks’ light and airy design concept that both inspires excitement and oozes comfort will introduce a color palette that embodies the sea and sky mingled with the warmth of sun and sand. She will blend soft shades of blue, spalike greens, taupy grays and whites and combine these with warm taupe woods as well as elaborate textures for added dimension. The predominant wall color will be a pale taupy gray. The wide plank hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas will be executed in a beautiful shade of sandy gray driftwood.
