Talis Park announced the completion of the community’s Vyne House clubhouse has contributed to a surge in homesite sales and new construction activity in the North Naples community’s Firenze grand estate neighborhood.
Firenze is an exclusive, gated neighborhood that includes 13 grand estate homesites measuring more than one acre that offer long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s golf course. Firenze homesites are priced starting at $1.65 million and are situated within a short walk or bike ride of the community’s Great Lawn and the dining, fitness center, and spa venues at the Vyne House clubhouse. Two grand estate homesite sales in Firenze have been processed in the past 45 days.
With its views and proximity to Talis Park’s amenity core, Firenze is the only neighborhood that offers both a parklike setting and immediate access to Vyne House. Talis Park completed a record-setting 1.4-acre estate homesite sale for $2.15 million in Firenze during summer 2015. One grand estate residence was completed at the end of December, a second has started construction, and a third is slated to start within 120 days. Eight homesites remain available in Firenze.
