With infrastructure and site preparation now underway, Talis Park announced that reservations for 13 of the 24 residences in Carrara’s first four buildings are being converted to sales contracts. Carrara is an enclave of penthouse-style condominium residences being built by WCI Communities. At build-out, Carrara will feature 84 homes in 14 midrise buildings. Each building will include three floors over parking with two residences per floor.
Priced starting in the mid-$600s, Carrara residences will overlook the sea dwarf paspalum fairways and greens of Talis Park’s golf course, the Casa Cortese Grille and Golf Studio, and Vyne House located on the community’s Grand Piazza. Golf, a fitness center, spa and multiple dining venues will be within a short walk from the Carrara residences. One of just two Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed courses in the world, the Talis Park golf course is ranked No. 91 in Golfweek’s 2014 Best Residential Courses and consistently ranked among the top 20 courses in Florida.
The remaining 11 Phase I Carrara residences and residences in future buildings are available for purchase. WCI anticipates beginning vertical construction of the first residential building at Carrara in second quarter of this year.
