Four of the 12 remaining homesites have been released in Talis Park’s Firenze estate residence neighborhood. Firenze has 13 total homesites, each of which measures more than one acre. One site was previously purchased. Firenze homesites are offered beginning at $1.5 million.
Firenze is a gated neighborhood within Talis Park, a gated golf course community being developed by Palm Beach Gardens based Kitson & Partners. North and south facing Firenze homesites offer long range views of multiple fairways and lakes on Talis Park’s Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf course. In addition to its parklike setting, Firenze is situated adjacent to Vyne House and the Great Lawn, the village center at Talis Park.
“There is no other neighborhood like Firenze in Talis Park,” said Kitson & Partners’ Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing John Hillman. “The neighborhoods in Talis Park offer the possibility of living in a parklike setting with golf course, preserve and lake views, or in a maintenance-free environment that is within walking distance of the community’s village center. Only Firenze offers both. That’s what makes it so unique and so special. Firenze residents will enjoy the privacy afforded by living in their own gated enclave on 200-by-225-foot homesites, the most spectacular views available at Talis Park, and the convenience of literally being within a two to five minute walk of the dining, fitness and spa facilities at Vyne House. The combination of that level of privacy, lot sizes that allow the construction of significant custom estate residences, and the immediate access to the amenity core is extremely rare, particularly in Southwest Florida.”
“Talis Park’s neighborhoods offer homebuyers a wide range of choices as to how they want to live within a very different type of golf course community,” said Talis Park COO Milt Flinn. “That’s one of the biggest attributes that distinguishes Talis Park from other communities in Southwest Florida. We envision Firenze as offering an ideal solution for highly discerning homebuyers who value the prestige of a substantial custom estate residence, the privacy that a gated enclave affords, a remarkably beautiful setting and the immediate accessibility to Talis Park’s amenities. Firenze is a highly unique offering and, quite frankly, unlike any other neighborhood currently available anywhere in Southwest Florida.”
In addition to Firenze, Talis Park’s Prato neighborhood also features golf, water and preserve views. Prato offers Park Estate Homes built by Talis Park’s participating custom builders. As is the case in Firenze, homebuyers in Prato have the option of working with Talis Park’s team of architects or selecting their own. Prato’s one-of-a-kind residences range from 4,500 to well over 7,000 square feet on 125-by-175-foot homesites priced starting at $2.5 million. A 23,836-square-foot under roof residence is under construction in Prato. With eight estate homesites remaining, Prato is 66 percent sold.
The 2,600- to 3,400-square-foot Park Homes in Talis Park’s Brightling neighborhood offer golf course, water and preserve views. Caribbean Colonial and Spanish Eclectic architectural designs with three or four bedrooms, a study, formal dining rooms, island kitchens, and outdoor living areas with swimming pools are base-priced at $1 million. Residences by Sunwest Homes and Fox Custom Builders are under construction in Brightling and Fox’s Barlovento model is available for viewing.
Like Brightling, the Fairgrove neighborhood’s “in the park” lifestyle offers golf course, water and preserve views. Both neighborhoods are “single loaded” with south facing homes on one side of the street. Fairgrove’s Italian Renaissance designs honor the more traditional view of Naples’ architecture and are joined by a Spanish Eclectic style. Residences being built by Harbourside Custom Homes and Iron Star Luxury Homes LLC range from 3,400 to 4,000 square feet and include great rooms, formal dining rooms, island kitchens, three or four bedrooms, a study and outdoor living areas and pools. Fairgrove’s floor plans are base-priced at $1.2 million. Fairgrove is 50 percent sold.
Pistoia is an enclave of 18, 3,400- to 4,000-square-foot one- and two-story detached luxury villas, each of which face a nature preserve and golf course and water views to the rear. In addition to a 3,685-square-foot, three-bedrooms with study move-in ready residence being built by Divco Construction Corp., three homesites remain available in Pistoia. Residences in Pistoia are base-priced at $1.45 million.
Talis Park’s “in the village” Watercourse neighborhood offers Spanish Eclectic great room residences by Distinctive Communities are priced starting in the $900s. These homes range from 2,500 to 3,600 square feet and offer three or four bedrooms, island kitchens and outdoor living areas with pools that overlook the neighborhood’s water views. Two fully-furnished Watercourse model residences are scheduled to open in mid- to late November.
