Bonita Springs-based Gulfshore Homes has started construction of its furnished Cielo model residence in Seneca, a neighborhood in Talis Park that will showcase 43 luxury residences offering the 461-acre North Naples community’s “In the Park” living experience.

Wrapped by the vistas of Talis Park’s golf course, Seneca’s north and south facing lakefront home sites feature water and double or triple fairway views and are within a short walk or bike ride of Talis Park’s Vyne House Clubhouse and the Great Lawn. Priced from the high $400’s to $700,000, each of the sites is 180 to 220 feet deep, 77 to 90 feet wide, and will accommodate residences ranging from 3,200 to 5,000 square feet.

Seneca offers all-new designs in a palette of Spanish Eclectic, Italian Renaissance, and Colonial Caribbean architectural styles built by Gulfshore, McGarvey Custom Homes, Fox Custom Builders and Harbourside Custom Homes. Custom home and lot packages in Seneca are priced starting at $1.6 million. The Cielo is one of five Seneca model residences now under construction. Just 20 Seneca homesites remain available.

The 3,997-square-foot under air Cielo floor plan by Gulfshore Homes in Seneca presents a sprawling great room that opens to an outdoor living space with a fireplace, conversation area, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a custom designed pool and spa. The plan also includes a double-island gourmet kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a dining room that opens to the outdoors, a wine cellar, a library/study, three bedrooms, three full-baths and two half-baths, and a three-car garage. Furnished pricing will be determined as construction progresses.

Two furnished model residences by Harbourside are also under construction in Seneca. Both models will showcase interior designs by Bonita Springs-based Vogue Interiors.
