Talis Park, a Kitson & Partners community in North Naples, reported eight closed end-user and builder home site sales and one closed new-build home sale worth $4,553,000 million were processed in July.
The July transactions continued Talis Park’s record-setting sales performance in 2014. Through July 31, 64 home site contracts and 33 new-build contracts valued at $63,727,000 have been processed this year. Talis Park’s New Fashioned lifestyle, a choice of Spanish Eclectic, Caribbean Colonial and Italian Renaissance architectural designs in eight distinctive neighborhoods, one of the top 20 golf courses in Florida, and the completion of notable amenities have contributed to the surge in activity.
Seven completed and soon-to-be-completed Resident Ready homes ranging from 2,622 to 3,709 square feet, priced from $1,250,000 to $1,650,000, are available in Talis Park’s Brightling neighborhood. Brightling’s 2,600- to 3,400-square-foot residences by Sunwest Homes, Fox Custom Builders, and Harbourside Custom Homes feature Caribbean Colonial and Spanish Eclectic designs base-priced at $1.25 million.
